Why are BOOM CARDS™ so great?
I know this sounds bad – but you can almost trick your students into thinking that they are playing a multiple choice video quiz game! I’ve seen this with my own son. We use BOOM CARDS™ together – He’s 5 and he loves them. He’s sure that he’s playing a video game when really he’s practicing alphabet, number skills and much more! The same goes for ESL students – they won’t mind using them because they’re FUN and easy to use. You assign your students a deck of BOOM CARDS that you’ve purchased and from there they can use them at home or at school and you can monitor and track their progress from a distance! This is a lifesaver for homework and distance learning.

What do you and your students need to use BOOM CARDS™
To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with “Fast Pins,” (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you’ll need a premium account.
